Another 'list of ingredients' recipe. Do everything to taste.
Serve with cinnamon grahams, gingersnaps, fruit, bagels, etc.





List of Ingredients



• cream cheese
  
• brown sugar
  
• cinnamon
  
• chopped nuts
  






Instructions



1. Mix some of the ingredients into the cream cheese lightly, to taste. Mix the remaining brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon together. Set aside.
   
2. Pack the cream cheese into a oiled, cheesecloth lined mold, if you like; or just pat into a round shape and place on a plate and cover w/ plastic wrap. Chill.
   
3. Unmold (or just uncover) and press the reserved brown sugar mixture around the cream cheese.
