    A slightly different, but no less gooey version of Jessica’s favorite vegetable casserole!


    List of Ingredients


    • 10 pkg. frozen broccoli flowerets - partially thawed
    • 1 c. instant rice
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, blended w/ hand blender
    • 8 oz. Cheeze Whiz, melted
    • 1 small can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
    • 2 t. onion flakes
    • 1/2 c. milk
    • 3 T. butter, softened


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole. Bake for 40 minutes.


    Final Comments


    Serves 6-8.
