Broccoli, Cheese and Rice Casserole II

Recipe Introduction
A slightly different, but no less gooey version of Jessica’s favorite vegetable casserole!
List of Ingredients
- 10 pkg. frozen broccoli flowerets - partially thawed
- 1 c. instant rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, blended w/ hand blender
- 8 oz. Cheeze Whiz, melted
- 1 small can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
- 2 t. onion flakes
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 T. butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole. Bake for 40 minutes.
Final Comments
Serves 6-8.
