Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin

Really good! I put this together ahead of time and baked it just before serving. You could certainly make this with all broccoli or all cauliflower if you like.
List of Ingredients
2 (16 oz.) packages fresh broccoli and cauliflower florets
1 1/2 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz.) package shredded Parmesan cheese
4 green onions, sliced
2 T. Dijon mustard
1/4 t. ground red pepper
3 T. Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange florets in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam for 6 – 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well.
Arrange florets in a lightly greased 2-qt. baking dish. Stir together mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients. Spoon over florets. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until golden.
Serves 8.
