Recipe Introduction
Just a simple, good corn pudding. It is not fluffy and custardy like some corn puddings, but denser. I actually used a frozen Silver Queen corn that I found at The Fresh Market and it was really, really good.
List of Ingredients
1 can yellow corn, drained
1 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1 t. salt
2 eggs
1 T. cornstarch
3 T. melted butter
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Beat eggs, sugar and cornstarch until fluffy. Add drained corn, milk and butter. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake for 50-60 minutes.
