    Eden's Roasted Artichokes

    So simple and easy to do, but really delicious! These turn out crispy and soft at the same time, fragrant and salty. I think they would work a bit better at a higher temperature for a shorter amount of time - they'd get crispier and those crispy parts were the best!

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
    Salt
    A couple sprigs of rosemary
    Olive oil
    Freshly ground black pepper

    Recipe



    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

    Drop the artichokes into well salted boiling water with a sprig of rosemary for just a few minutes until they are defrosted/warmed through. Drain thoroughly.

    Take a fresh sprig of rosemary and use it to brush a cooky sheet with the oil. Put the artichoke hearts on the sheet and brush them with more oil. Salt and pepper. Bake them for 30 - 40 minutes, basting every 5 minutes with the rosemary 'brush'.

    Serves 4.
