    Recipe Introduction


    This is one of those gooey, icky vegetable casseroles that is a guilty pleasure. My daughter, Jessica, has always loved it, so I wanted to be sure to include it here.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 large bag frozen broccoli flowerets
    • 1 large Cheez Whiz (or the same amt. Velveeta)
    • 1 can cream of celery soup
    • 3 c. cooked rice
    • pepper, to taste
    • a couple of dashes red pepper sauce


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Cook broccoli to crisp stage.
    3. Melt cheese and mix with soup. Mix in rice and broccoli. Add pepper and pepper sauce.
    4. Pour into a casserole and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.


    Final Comments


    Can top with extra cheese (regular shredded) if you like.

    Serves 8.
