Recipe Introduction
This is one of those gooey, icky vegetable casseroles that is a guilty pleasure. My daughter, Jessica, has always loved it, so I wanted to be sure to include it here.
List of Ingredients
- 1 large bag frozen broccoli flowerets
- 1 large Cheez Whiz (or the same amt. Velveeta)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3 c. cooked rice
- pepper, to taste
- a couple of dashes red pepper sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook broccoli to crisp stage.
- Melt cheese and mix with soup. Mix in rice and broccoli. Add pepper and pepper sauce.
- Pour into a casserole and bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Final Comments
Can top with extra cheese (regular shredded) if you like.
Serves 8.
