    List of Ingredients


    • 3 T. sugar
    • 1/2 t. salt
    • 3 eggs
    • 16 oz. milk
    • 12 oz. evaporated milk
    • 3 c. fresh corn
    • 2 T. butter - melted


    Instructions


    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Use a wire whisk to beat together sugar, salt and eggs; whisk in both milks. Add corn and butter. Pour mixture into an ungreased 2 qt. casserole; bake 50 - 60 minutes or until set. Stir once or twice during baking.
