- 3 T. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 3 eggs
- 16 oz. milk
- 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 3 c. fresh corn
- 2 T. butter - melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Use a wire whisk to beat together sugar, salt and eggs; whisk in both milks. Add corn and butter. Pour mixture into an ungreased 2 qt. casserole; bake 50 - 60 minutes or until set. Stir once or twice during baking.
