I love to eat this breakfast taco after working out!
List of Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Monterey Jack grated cheese
- 1/4 cup black beans, cooked
- Medium Whole Wheat or Low Carb Tortilla
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- In a small glass bowl, stir one egg with about a TBS of water well with a fork. Cover with a paper towel and microwave for 1 minute.
- Spread black beans onto tortilla and microwave to heat for about 30 seconds.
- Salt and pepper the egg to taste. Spoon into tortilla and top with grated cheese.
