    Recipe Introduction


    I love to eat this breakfast taco after working out!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Egg
    • 1/4 cup Monterey Jack grated cheese
    • 1/4 cup black beans, cooked
    • Medium Whole Wheat or Low Carb Tortilla
    • Salt & Pepper


    Instructions


    1. In a small glass bowl, stir one egg with about a TBS of water well with a fork. Cover with a paper towel and microwave for 1 minute.
    2. Spread black beans onto tortilla and microwave to heat for about 30 seconds.
    3. Salt and pepper the egg to taste. Spoon into tortilla and top with grated cheese.
