Classic Potato Salad

Back of the Hellman's Mayonnaise jar.
Recipe Introduction
This potato sald is the one we like, chunky with texture and lots of flavor! I added the red and green bell pepper and relish to the basic recipe. But you can't go wrong using the first 6 ingredients, it is what gives the salad it's unique flavor. I always sprinkle some Morton's Nature Seasoning in also.
List of Ingredients
1 c. Hellman's mayo
2 T. vinegar
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. sugar
1/4 t. black pepper
6 medium potatoes, peeled, cubed, and cooked
1 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. finely chopped red onion or scallions
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Sprinkle some Morton's Nature Seasoning at the end and mix in.
1/3 c. sweet relish
1/2 c. red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
Recipe
Combine 1st 5 ingred. in a large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and toss gently but thoroughly to coat with sauce.
Cover and chill.
Serves 6
