Hot Dogs and Baked Beans Casserole

Every family has an old stand-by for the kids to enjoy...this was ours way back when...I still have this from time to time for my husband and I to enjoy for it is as much comfort food as well as a nostalgic dish!
List of Ingredients
serves 6
2 cans 28 oz. each. Bush's Baked Beans
1 large onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded & chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. worcestershire sauce
2 T. yellow mustard
2 T. ketchup
1 t. cinnamon
1 package of hot dogs, sliced
12 slices of bacon
Recipe
Cook bacon til nice and crisp, drain and set aside.
Add chopped onion and bell pepper to bacon fat. Cook til onion begins to golden.
Into a 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish, pour in the beans, the onion mixture and bacon fat, all seasonings and blend well. Add the sliced hot dogs and crumble in the bacon, stir to belnd in, cover with foil and bakae for 30 minutes in oven at 375. Take foil off and bake 10 more minutes.
Serve with sliced Wonder bread and butter at room temperature.
