    Pineapple Cheese Ball


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 (8 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    • 2 cups chopped pecans, divided
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
    • 2 Tablespoons finely chopped onion
    • 1 Tablespoon seasoned salt


    Instructions


    1. With wooden spoon, mix cream cheese until smooth.
    2. Gradually stir in crushed pineapple, 1 cup of the pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.
    3. Shape into ball.
    4. Roll in remaining pecans.
    5. Wrap in plastic wrap.
    6. Refrigerate over night or until well chilled.
    7. Serve with assorted crackers.
    8. Any left-over can be reshaped for use another time.
