Veggie Appetizer Tarts
List of Ingredients
2 (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
6 TBS.sour cream
2 TBS. Ranch Salad Dressing mix (1 pkg.)
4 tsp. chopped fresh dill (or 2 tsp. dried)
2 (15-count) pkgs. frozen miniature phyllo dough shells
1-1/2 c. finely chopped assorted vegetables (broccoli, carrots, radishes green onions, peppers, etc.)
Fine shred cheddar cheese, optional
Recipe
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, ranch mix and dill. Chill.
To assemble, pipe or spoon 2 tsp. cream cheese mixture into each shell.
Garnish with vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese.
Refrigerate until serving time.
