    List of Ingredients




    1 cup beer
    1/4 pound butter (1/2 c.)
    1 cup sifted flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    4 eggs


    Recipe



    Bring beer and butter to boil.
    When butter melts, add flour and salt all at once.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture leaves sides of pan.
    Remove from heat; beat in 1 egg at a time until dough becomes shiny.
    Drop by teaspoonful 1 inch apart on buttered baking sheet.
    Bake at 450° for 10 min. Reduce to 350°; bake 10 minutes longer, until browned and free from moisture.
    Cool, split, and fill with your favorite filling. (Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad, Egg Salad, etc.) Makes 60 - 80 small puffs.
