Lazy Day Stew




List of Ingredients



• 2 lb. stew meat, cubed
  
• 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
  
• 1 cup sliced carrots
  
• 2 medium onions, chopped
  
• 1 large potato, cubed
  
• 1 teaspoon salt
  
• Dash of pepper
  
• 1 (10-3/4 oz.) can soup of your choice (undiluted) -- tomato, cream of mushroom or cream of celery
  
• 1 small bay leaf (optional)
  






Instructions



1. Combine all ingredients.
   
   
2. Place in casserole with tight-fitting lid.
   
   
3. Bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours.
