    7 Layer Bars with Pretzel Crust

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 c. finely crushed thin pretzels
    3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    4 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, broken in pieces
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. coarsly chopped pecans
    3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 TBS. shortening

    Combine crushed pretzels and melted butter; press into bottom of 9x13 pan.
    Combine Eagle Brand and unsweetened chocolate pieces. Heat and stir until smooth and chocolate is melted.
    Pour over pretzel layer in pan.
    Top with marshmallows, coconut and pecans; press down firmly onto chocolate layer.
    Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
    Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
    Melt the chocolate chips and shortening together, stirring until smooth.
    Drizzle over top of cooled bars.
    Refrigerate 15 minutes, or until set.
    Cut into bars.
