    Cheesecake Bars

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    6 TBS. milk
    1 TBS. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. flour

    Recipe



    Combine first 3 ingredients (butter, brown sugar and 3 c.flour) until crumbly. Stir in walnuts. Measure out 1 cup of mixture and set aside. Press remaining mixture in bottom of large cookie sheet (11x17x1). Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
    In large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour over partially baked crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top.
    Bake 25 minutes longer at 350°.
    Cool and cut into squares. Keep refrigerated.
