    Double-Iced Brownies

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 c. butter
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 1/2 c. flour

    Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add sifted flour with cocoa and salt. Add vanilla and nuts.
    Bake in large cookie sheet (10x15x1) at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely.

    White Icing:
    1/2 c. butter
    2 TBS. instant vanilla pudding mix
    3 TBS. milk
    2 c. powdered sugar

    Combine and mix well. Spread on cooled brownies. Let stand one hour.

    Fudge Frosting:
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
    Chopped nuts

    Combine the milk and butter in large saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until melted and smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar. Beat until thick enough to spread. Spread over white icing. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
