    Ham Salad (for sandwiches)

    List of Ingredients




    HAM SALAD

    2# lean, fully cooked ham
    1 small onion
    1 med. green pepper
    1/2 c. pimento-stuffed green olives
    1/2 c. sweet cucumber slices (bread & butter pickles)

    DRESSING:
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. juice from sweet cucumber slices
    1 TBS. sugar (or to taste)


    Recipe



    Grind all ingredients together.
    Combine dressing ingredients and mix in.
    **Measurements are approximate. You can add more or less of anything to taste. Sweet pickle relish may also be added, if desired.
    This keeps well for several days.
