German Sour Cream Potatoes
List of Ingredients
6 potatoes, cooked
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 bunch green onions,chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled (reserve grease)
1 TBS. salt
pepper to taste
6 TBS. vinegar
3 TBS. sugar
1 c. sour cream
Cube warm potatoes into large bowl.
Add eggs, onions and crumbled bacon. Set aside.
Add remaining ingredients to reserved bacon grease. Bring just to a boil, stirring to combine ingredients. Pour over potatoes and stir.
Can be served warm or cold.
