    Spinach Casserole


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
    • 1 envelope dried onion soup mix
    • 2 cups sour cream
    • 1/2 cup herb-seasoned stuffing croutons
    • 2 Tablespoons melted butter


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
    2. Cook spinach as package directs. Drain well.
    3. Add soup mix and sour cream.
    4. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. greased casserole.
    5. Top with stuffing croutons and drizzle with melted butter.
    6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    7. Makes 8-10 servings.
