Spinach Casserole
List of Ingredients
- 3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 envelope dried onion soup mix
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup herb-seasoned stuffing croutons
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Cook spinach as package directs. Drain well.
- Add soup mix and sour cream.
- Pour into 1 1/2 qt. greased casserole.
- Top with stuffing croutons and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Makes 8-10 servings.
