    Recipe Introduction


    This is a great drink on a hot night.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pint butter pecan ice cream
    • 1/2 C. milk
    • 1 C. crushed ice
    • 3 oz., or so, hazelnut liquer (such as Frangelico)


    Instructions


    1. In a food processor or blender, whirl all ingredients until creamy and well blended.
    2. If shake is too thick, use a little more milk to thin out.
    3. Serve in tall chilled glasses.

    4. A sprig of mint can be added for decoration.
