    One of my favorite casseroles.


    List of Ingredients


    • 8 oz. package of macaroni, cooked
    • 2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 1 small jar pimentos
    • 1/2 cup mayo
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 1/2 sleeve Ritz crackers
    • 1/2 stick butter, melted


    Instructions


    1. Mix first 6 ingredients together in a 13X9 casserole dish.
    2. Crush Ritz crackers & sprinkle on top.
    3. Add melted butter over Ritz crackers.
    4. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
