List of Ingredients
1 14.5 oz. can Italian style diced tomatoes
1 14.5 oz. can green peppers and onions diced tomatoes
1 bag Picsweet or Publix frozen vegetable soup mix
� - 1 lb. Ground beef
1 small chopped onion
� - 1 cup elbow macaroni
� teas. Salt
� teas. Black pepper
3-4 beef bouillon cubes
2-3 potatoes, cubed
1 16 oz. can tomato juice
Recipe
Cook vegetables, onion and potatoes in one quart of water with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, tomato juice, bouillon cubes, cooked macaroni and browned ground beef. Simmer at least 30 minutes. *We don�t like chunky tomatoes so I usually put the diced tomatoes in the food processor for a few seconds before I add them to the soup.
