    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 pound beaver strips
    • 1 lemon
    • 1 package 1-2-oz white sauce mix
    • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper blend seasoning
    • 8 ounces cooked according to package directions
    • 1/4 cup pesto sauce
    • 2 cups broccoli florets
    • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 400°F.
    2. Place Beaver in non-stick or spray-coated baking pan. Squeeze lemon juice over Beaver.
      Bake 15 - 20 minutes until beaver is done

    3. Meanwhile, make white sauce according to package directions, using skim milk as liquid and reducing the butter by 1 tablespoon.
    4. When sauce is thickened stir in Parmesan cheese and pepper seasoning.
    5. Combine hot, cooked pasta with pesto sauce. Toss to coat; serve alongside Beaver.
    6. Steam broccoli until just tender. Sprinkle with sesame oil toss to blend.
    7. Serve immediately with Beaver
