    6 lrg. green peppers
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 C. cooked rice, (I use more)
    1-2 cans mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    3/4 C. motzerella cheese, (shredded)

    Recipe




    Cut top off pepper, clean out green peppers. Cook in boiling water to cover. Cook for 5 minutes.
    Cook ground beef & onions in skillet, (drain), stir in rice, salt, garlic salt & 1 C. tomato sauce,
    heat through. Stuff each pepper, stand up right in baking dish & pour remaining sauce over peppers.
    Cover dish, bake at 350 for 45 minutes, then uncover & bake 15 minutes more. Sprinkle with cheese,
    cook until cheese is melted .
