    6 lasagna noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 jar, (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    1 tsp. fennel seeds, (optional)
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded motzerella cheese, divided

    Recipe




    Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a skillet, brown beef & drain
    fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce the fennel seed, simmer 5 minutes. Drain noodles. Spread 1/4 C. meat
    sauce on each noodle, top with 1/2 Tbsp. cheese. Carefully roll up each noodle and place seam side
    down, in a 9x9" baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over each rolland sprinkle with remaining
    cheese. Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
    Yields: 6 servings
