1 can lump crab meat
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/4 cups shredded parmesan cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Recipe
Mix together all ingredients except crab meat. Once combined, mix in crab slowly as not to break it up too much. Place in 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour, then at 400 until top is light brown and bubbly. Serve with
crackers for your friends and pork rinds for you. This can also be stuffed in mushroom caps. Yum!
