8-10 large mushrooms (I recommend buying more than this - they disappear so quickly)
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 C sour cream
3 TBS Mayo (REAL only)
3 TBS Bacon bits (the ones I bought have no carbs)
Sliced American Cheese (I used Mozzerella)
Butter

Take stems out of mushrooms, and put them on a tray or bread pan. Mix first 4 ingredients and fill each mushroom. Top each mushroom with a small square of cheese. Put butter on top of each mushroom. Cook at 350°
for 20 minutes, or until cheese melts.
There will be left over cream cheese. use it for next time. (I used it the next day on thin sliced ham rolled up and topped with mozzerella and baked in the oven for about 10 minuetes) quite tasty as well.
