    Pizza Crisps

    This note was attached to the recipe I received:My teen has discovered the wonders of these cheese crisps and made her own invention today:

    List of Ingredients




    mozzarella, sliced thin
    cook in a no stick pan
    add basil and salt
    (she wants to add pepperoni tomorrow)
    lift out of pan and lay on paper towel, cooked side down (otherwise, it sticks)
