Teriyaki Wings
List of Ingredients

24 chicken wings
1/2 C. soy sauce
1/2 C. rice vinegar
1/2 C. sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1T. fresh grated ginger
1 pkt. splenda
Recipe
Mix all together except the wings.
Rinse and dry the wings.
Put them in marinade and chill for at least an hour [longer is better]
Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 mins.
Pour off any liquid.
Baste with marinade and BROIL till brown, about 5-10 mins.
Turn over and repeat.
Serves 8 with 2.8 carbs per serving.
