    1 lb. bulk sausage, any flavor
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/4 c. red or green pepper, chopped
    2 tsp. onion, chopped
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. light cream

    Recipe



    Cook sausage until done. Crumble, then drain. Mix cheese and sausage.
    Sprinkle in greased 9" pie pan. Lightly beat eggs in bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture. Pour over sausage-cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes. Cool on rack 10 minutes.

    Serves 6
