    Baked Eggs

    6 eggs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. half and half
    2 tbsp. butter
    1/2 tbsp. mustard
    Salt & pepper as needed
    Optional: Bacon chips & onions

    Mix all ingredients and pour into well greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
