    My variation of an oldie

    So easy and sooooo tasty!!!

    List of Ingredients




    ½ c. oil (I always use butter…. Better texture and flavor)
    2 eggs
    1 full sized basic cake mix, any flavor(I use whats on sale)

    Optional: mix and match add in’s: coconut, nuts, raisins, dates, chocolate chips, crushed peppermint or whatever sounds good to you.

    Recipe



    Mix it all together and drop onto cookie sheet. Bake @ 350-375° about 12 min but that will vary depending on what you’ve added to it.

    One of my favorite combinations:
    Yellow cake mix
    Coconut
    Chocolate chips
    Chopped pecans
