PECAN MACAROONS
List of Ingredients
1 egg white
1/2 cup Splenda
1 cup ground pecansRecipe
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form Add Splenda Fold in pecans
Drop by teaspoonfuls full onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 until golden brown or about 8 - 10 minutes. I usually triple this recipe. (Original calls for 1/2 cup sugar.)
