    Recipe Introduction


    An easy way to cook a generous amount of wings.
    I like to serve pineapple chunks speared with toothpicks alongside of these wings. mmm-mmm GOOD!

    List of Ingredients




    40 drumettes (about 4 lbs.)
    --
    Sauce:
    2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 c veg. oil
    2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tbls. Splenda (or equivilent of other sugar substitute)
    2 tsp. ground ginger

    Recipe



    1-Mix sauce ingredients together and divide in half.
    2-Place drumettes and half of the sauce in a recloseable bag to marinate overnight.
    3-Drain and place drumettes and remaining half of sauce in crock pot on low for 3 1/2 - 4 hours until cooked.
    4-Discard juice and serve wings.
