    BUTTER GARLIC SHRIMP

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb large fresh shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
    1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400 F. Put butter in a shallow baking dish and place in the oven for a few minutes until butter is melted. Add salt, garlic and 1/2 of the parsley. Mix well. Dry excess moisture from the shrimp with paper towels and then arrange on top of butter mixture. Try to keep all shrimp in contact with the butter mixture. Bake for 5 minutes, uncovered. Remove and turn over the shrimp. Sprinkle with lemon juice and the remainder of the parsley and bake until shrimp is pink in color, about 8 minutes.

    Note: Don't be tempted to eliminate any of the ingredients (eg. fresh parsley). Each ingredient has a definite impact on the final result
