    4 lbs. Beef chuck or blade roast
    1 med Onion chopped
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3/4 cup Water

    Recipe



    1-Brown the roast well and place in crockpot
    2-Deglaze the browning pan by adding water and cook while scraping the brown bit off the bottom. Add this to the crock pot.
    3-Add salt and pepper
    4-Cook on low for 7-9 hours
