Steak, Portabella & Spicy Cheese
List of Ingredients
4” Diameter Round Steak, Sirloin, Chuck, Rib eye etc..
Portabella Mushroom Caps that are 4” or larger.
Recipe
Cut the stem off (the mushroom), flip it upside down in the oven on 350d with a cut of real butter on top for 20minutes.
When your steak is seasoned and grilled just the way you like it, cap it with the mushroom and cover the top with Spicy Jack Cheese, pop it back in the oven for a minute or two to melt the cheese
