Honey-Dijon Marinade
List of Ingredients
2 c. beer
1/3 c. honey
3 tbls. olive oil
4 tbls. olive oil
4 tbls. Dijon mustard
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. saltRecipe
Combine ingredients.
Marinate beef, pork or poultry as follows:
For flavor, 15 minutes.
For tenderizing, 30 minutes.
