    GRILLED CHICKEN & VEGGIES

    List of Ingredients




    I used Reynolds aluminum Hot Bags but you could just use heavy duty tin foil.
    Preheat your gas grill to medium-high.
    Put 1 TBL. flour and 2 TBL. water or chicken broth in the bag.
    Place 2 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bag. Add 1/2 of an onion, sliced, 1 small zuchini, sliced and 1 small yellow summer squash, sliced. Dot with 1/2 stick butter and salt and pepper to taste.
    Put bag on a pan or cookie sheet to transport to and from grill. Grill with the cover down for 15 to 20 minutes. Depending on your grill, that should be enough time. Carefully slit the top to let out steam when ready to serve.
    Enjoy.

    My husband hates veggies so I did his seperate and put onions and sliced potatoes in it. You can use whatever veggies you're in the mood for. Next time I think I'll add eggplant,garlic and sweet peppers to it. Ummmmmmmmmmmmmm.......yummy
    You can also do this on your charcoal grill. I don't know how long but it comes out fine.
