List of Ingredients




2 small pkgs. sugarfree lime Jell-O or 1 lg.
2C. boiling water
2T vinegar [I use cider vinegar]
Mix this together well.
Add:
2c mayo I add this first so it can dissolve, then add rest
2C grated, drained cukes
2T grated onion
2T horseradish


Recipe



Mix everything together well and chill till set.
Makes 8 good sized servings.
