Deli Broccoli Salad (Sly)

Similar to one found in deli's.
Please don't overdo on the raisins and grapes (you can omit them). These 2 items can easily take you over your carb limit. Otherwise, the amount of each ingredients is your choice, just remember that broccoli is the main ingredient and everything else are flavor enhancers.
List of Ingredients
Salad:
Broccoli, cleaned & cut into bite size pieces
Diced cooked ham to taste
Diced celery
Diced green onions (for color you may prefer red onions)
raisins
green grapes, halved
Dressing:
equal parts sour cream and mayonnaise, 1/2 as much vinegar as either s. cream or mayo, artificial sweetner to taste
Recipe
Combine the dressing ingredients and whisk together. Pour over the salad ingredients and stir just enough to mix. Chill until ready to serve.
I like it even better the second day and a favorite treat in my lunch bag.
