Cheese Fondue
List of Ingredients
2 tbls butter
3 c processed American cheese - sharp (about 8 oz)
4 drops tabasco sauce
1/3 c dry white wineRecipe
Heat butter in a saucepan over low heat until melted.
Stir in cheese gradually and continue stirring until cheese is melted.
Add pepper sauce; stir in wind slowly. Heat, stirring constantly until hot.
Pour into a fondue pot; keep warm. Dip and swirl away to your hearts content.
Try celery, peppers, sliced jicama, and yes good old pork rinds.
