Creamy Sausage Dip
List of Ingredients
1 lb. pork sausage (I like Hot Italian)
2 tbls. onions, chopped
8 oz. block cream cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes (you choose how hot!)
Recipe
1-Brown off the sausage & onions, breaking up the sausage as it browns.
2-Drain the grease.
3-Add the block of cream cheese.
4-Heat over med. until the cheese is melted.
5-Add tomatoes.
6-Reduce the heat to low & cook about 15 minutes until the mixture thickens.
This is great warm, but I also like it after its cooled. Serve with pork rinds and low carb veggies.
I usually serve this warm, but it can be enjoyed cold. This makes a great dip for a potluck at work, a party or just snacking at home.
To keep it warm, just place it in a crockpot on low.
