    Pork Rinds(instead of nachos)
    ground beef (if desired -- I like without)
    Shredded cheese (mozzerela and/or cheddar)
    jalapeno
    black olives
    sour cream

    Recipe



    Place pork rinds on a plate in a single layer. Apply toppings you want and
    microwave until cheese is melted! Satisfies my salty cravings! Enjoy!
