    Spiced Sweet Nuts

    These will go a long way to meet the need for a crunchy snack... especially one with a sweet flavor.

    List of Ingredients




    1 egg white
    1/2 tsp. water
    1 lb. salted nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds or ???)
    1 c. bulk Splenda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Recipe



    Combine egg white and water in a bowl; beat slightly.
    Add nuts, stirring to coat well.
    Combine Splenda and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well.
    Add nuts and stir to coat.
    Place in a single layer on a greased baking parchment in a shallow pan. Bake at 325° for about 25-30 minutes. Break apart. Stir while cooling. These nuts harden quickly.
