Broccoli Sesame

1 head broccoli
1 T. sesame oil
1 T. toasted sesame seeds
1 T. water
1 T. rice vinegar
1 t. lemon juice
1 t. soy sauce
1/2 t ground gingerRecipe
Wash and cut broccoli. Let it drip dry.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
Add broccoli and stir to coat with oil.
Cover and cook 2-3 mins, stirring as needed.
Mix everything else together and pour over broccoli.
Stir, cover and cook 3-4 mins more to desired tenderness.
To serve, sprinkle with seeds. Serve at once.
Serves 3 with 3.1 carbs per serving.
