    List of Ingredients


    • 1 16oz Cream Style Corn
    • 1 Egg, Beaten
    • 1/2 Cup Milk
    • 6 oz Grated Monterrey Jack Cheese
    • 1 Cup Bisquick
    • 2 Tbsp Oil
    • 1 Can Chopped Green Chilies


    Instructions


    1. Combine corn, bisquick, egg, oil, and milk. Spread 1/2 of mixture in 8x8 greased pan. Cover with
      chilies and cheese. Top with remaining batter. Bake 30 minutes at 400 or until brown.
    2. May add additional chilies and cheese.
