    • Cake Layer
    • 1 Cup Sugar
    • 1 Cup Flour
    • 1/2 Cup Butter, softened
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 16oz can Hershey's Syrup
    • Mint Cream Center
    • 2 Cups Confectioner's Sugar
    • 1/2 Cup Butter, softened
    • 1 TBSP Water
    • 1/2 to 3/4 Tsp Mint Extract
    • 3 drops green food coloring
    • Chocolate Topping
    • 6 TBSP Butter
    • 1 Cup Hershey's semi-sweet Chocolate Chips


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350. Grease 13x9 pain. In large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, butter, eggs and syrup;
      beat until smooth. pour into prepared pan and bake 25-30 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. cool completely in pan.
    2. In small bowl combine allingredients and beat until smooth.
    3. Spread mint layer over cake layer, cover and chill.


    4. In small saucepan over low heat melt butter and chips.
      Remove from heat; stir until smooth. cooly slightly.
    5. Pour chocolate topping chilled dessert.
    6. Cover; chill at least 1 hour before serving.
