    • 4 RIPE TOMATOES
    • 1 PEELED ONION
    • 3 JALAPENO PEPPERS
    • 6 TOMATILLOS, HUSKS REMOVED
    • 5 CLOVES GARLIC
    • 1 TSP CUMIN
    • 1 DASH SALT
    • 3 CANNED CHIPOLTE CHILIS


    Instructions


    1. ON A GRILL OR DRY PAN PUT ON THE TOMATOES, JALAPENOS, TOMATILLIOS, AND 0NIONS. KEEPTURNING UNTIL ALL SIDES ARE BLACKENED.

    2. CHOP OFF ENDS OF THE GARLIC, WRAP IN FOIL AND BAKE IN OVEN AT 350 UNTIL SOFT OR PUT ONTO GRILL UNTIL SOFT.

    3. REMOVE VEGGIES WHEN BLACKENED AND LET COOL. REMOVE GARLIC WHEN SOFT.

    4. IN A FOOD PROCESSOR COMBINE ALL AND PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD SALT, CUMIN ANDCHIPOLTE PEPPERS AND PUREE AGAIN.
